Do I need an appointment for an initial quote?
Walk-ins are welcome! However, if you want to ensure that you will be able to meet with a designer, we recommend contacting one of our showrooms for an appointment prior to visiting.
Do you give in-home estimates?
We do not. For your initial quote, we ask that you take measurements using our measure guide and e-mail them or bring them in to one of our showrooms with you. Before final cabinet installation, the installing team (whether us or an outside contractor) will double check the measurements.
Do you install bathrooms?
We no longer design or install bathrooms. However, we can assist with vanities and vanity countertops.
What is the lead time on your cabinetry?
From the time the order is placed, cabinets typically take between 3-6 weeks to be shipped to our warehouse, constructed, and then delivered to your project. This timeline will vary slightly based on which cabinet series you move forward with, as lead times fluctuate between lines.
Do you sell flooring or tile backsplashes?
We do not provide these items, you would need to purchase them elsewhere. But with purchase of a kitchen, we can help with installation.
What types of countertop finishes do you offer?
We offer quartz, granite, laminate, and butcher block.
What are your cabinet door styles?
To see our full selection of door styles, please visit our North Hills or South Hills showroom. We offer a Value-Series line, a semi-custom line through Timberlake, and a Contractor Series ideal for customers with kitchen experience.
Do you install cabinets & countertops?
We have several in-house contractors who install cabinetry. Installation of a stone countertop would be done by the company through which the slab is purchased. A laminate countertop would be installed either by our team (if we are installing the cabinetry) or by your hired contractor.
Do you provide additional remodeling services?
If we are installing your cabinetry, we can help with most other services (e.g. plumbing, electric, wall removal).
Do you sell hardware?
We offer 100+ styles of door knobs and pulls. Limited physical samples are available for viewing in our showrooms & we also offer catalogs to view all options.
What’s the construction of your cabinets?
Each cabinet* in our value series line comes with ½” grade-A plywood box construction, dovetail/undermount/full-extension/hardwood drawer boxes, soft-close drawers and doors, solid wood doors, and low-VOC stained or painted UV coatings (*not available in Winston Chocolate or Avon Chocolate).
Do you offer custom cabinetry?
We have a semi-custom line through Timberlake.
What accessories do you offer for cabinets?
We offer trash kits, pull-out spice racks, pantry cabinets, wine racks, glass inserts, roll-out trays, single-tier silverware separators, sink base tip-out trays, and a few others.
